When financing and construction issues stalled the initial project, Grapevine Craft Brewery owner approached Hunter Chase and a one-stop solution was provided with the purchase of the land and an adjoining building in Grapevine. The existing building was renovated, and the construction of a specialized micro-brewery facility and tasting room were completed in July 2015 in order to accommodate Grapevine Craft Brewery’s growth.
