At Hunter Chase Development Partners, Laird Fairchild manages the identification of, underwriting, negotiating and closing of real estate acquisitions, rehabilitations and new development opportunities, as well as overseeing all capital and financial aspects of HCDP endeavors. Prior to HCDP, Fairchild was Senior Vice President and Managing Director for KeyBank National Association’s real estate equity group. In his five years in this capacity, Fairchild oversaw over $500 million in real estate mezzanine and equity investments. Prior to his position within the group, Fairchild was Vice President and a National Accounts Real Estate Lending Officer for KeyBank’s commercial real estate division. In this role, Fairchild initiated relationships with many prominent Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) and developed a national accounts portfolio in excess of $1 billion. Fairchild received his Bachelor of Arts in finance from Miami University and holds a Master of Business Administration from Case Western Reserve University.

Fairchild is the project lead for the ongoing historic renovation of The Baker Hotel and Spa located in Mineral Wells, Texas.
